Portman Telecom was founded in 2004, quite frankly, at the request of its potential customers. Dissatisfied with the level of service they were receiving from their existing provider, the customers persuaded one of the senior account directors to leave and set up on his own.
Portman Telecom was thus founded on service and solutions – not just telecoms technology.
